Do the facilities have cell phone coverage and or wifi connection?

Each facility has cell phone coverage and wifi connection, HOWEVER; coverage is very limited at the Charlie Elliot Wildlife Center in Georgia, in the classroom at the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation and in some areas throughout the National Conservation Training Center.
