The Welder Wildlife Foundation Headquarters is located on the Welder Wildlife Refuge off HWY 77 approximately 10 miles northeast of Sinton, Texas. Most of the Headquarters complex was built in 1958. It consists of the main headquarters building, four residences, graduate student dormitory, visitors dormitory, and a rotunda that includes a dining area and complete kitchen.

The RMEF Headquarters and Visitor Center sits on 22 acres of land along a natural mountain stream. The new George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Wildlife Education Center at Farmington Bay — located on the Robert N. Hasenyager Great Salt Lake Nature Reserve — provides a gateway to the remarkable Great Salt Lake wetlands. The education center and its nature trails are now open to the public.
